摘要:阐述了如何使用ASME规范案例2605-1CrMoV钢加氢反应器进行高温蠕变疲劳分析与评定,总结出方法一是当前工程化过程中使用的主要方法。提出应开展高温蠕变疲劳耦合分析工具的开发,以尽早突破技术壁垒,开拓国际市场。

Abstract: The paper explains how to use ASME Code Case 2605-1 to analyse and evaluate the high temperature creep fatigue of CrMoV steel reactors. The method №1 is used widely in projects. 大型石化设备吊装尾耳设计

摘要:先容了我国大型石化设备现场吊装的基本情况和吊具的基本形式、特点及应用情况。以加氢反应器尾耳的选材、结构设计为例,详细先容用解析方法计算及校核各种典型工况下尾耳应力及变形的方法。用数值分析的方法模拟裙座从吊装开始到放空状态,尾耳受力变化及相应的应力及变形情况。将数值分析结果与解析计算结果进行对比,证明用解析法计算尾耳应力及变形的可行性和正确性。

Design of Tailing Lug for Large Petrochemical Equipment    Che YuanyuanYu Zhigang 
Abstract: The paper introduces the basic situation about the lifting of large petrochemical equipment on site and the basic type, characteristics and application of the lifting tools in China. The material selection and structure design of the tailing lug of a hydrogenation reactor are taken for example to detail how to calculate and verify the stress and deformation on the tail lug under various typical service conditions with the analytical method. A numerical analysis is used to simulate the force variation and corresponding stress and deformation on the tailing lug during the process from the lifting to the empty state of the skirt. The comparison between the results of the analytical method and numerical analysis shows the analytical method is feasible and proper to calculate the stress and deformation on the tailing lug.

炉卷轧机板卷生产线板材轧后速度控制分析

摘要:炉卷轧机生产线的主要特点是布置型式和生产非常灵活,炉卷轧机板卷生产线是炉卷轧机生产线的一种,其与常规宽厚板生产线的生产工艺流程有所不同,炉卷轧机至冷床之间区域的设备较多,导致轧后母板的长度较长。生产工艺流程较为紧密,最终相邻子母板的冷床上料节奏必须满足冷床的上料周期,如若设备之间的速度匹配不合理就会导致相邻的子母板之间发生干涉现象。因此,需要针对此区域内的设备的运行节奏进行分析,以便能够合理匹配各设备之间的速度关系。

Speed Control after Plate being Rolled on Steckel Mill Coiling Line    Ma BoZhao Huaguo
Abstract: Steckel mill features flexible arrangement and production. The Steckel mill coiling line is one type of Steckel mill and has different production process from general wide-plate rolling mills. Many equipment between the steckel mill stand and cooling bed result in longer parent plates after being rolled. The process flow is compact. The final consecutive sub-plates have to be loaded on the cooling bed at the speed that can match the loading cycle of the cooling bed. The mismatch between the speed of equipment leads to the interference between adjacent sub-plates. So, the running speed of the equipment in this area has to be analysed in order to set up proper speed relationship among the equipment.

冷轧机工作辊直径的确定方法

摘要:以往工作辊辊径主要根据最小可轧厚度计算确定,随着工艺润滑技术的发展,最小可轧厚度已不再是制约辊径的瓶颈,而轧辊的热平衡及辊间接触应力问题成为决定工作辊直径大小的主要决定因素。如今,在进行工作辊辊径计算时,首先应基于最小带材厚度确定工作辊的最大直径,然后根据轧辊的热平衡条件确定工作辊的最小辊径。在此基础上,结合工程经验先设定一个辊径值,然后针对该辊径值进行辊间接触应力核算、扭矩核算、咬入角核算及辊系稳定性核算,待核算结果全部通过后方能确定为轧辊辊身直径。

Determination of Work Roll Diameter for Cold Rolling Mills    Huang YanfengSun LifengZhang Xiaowei
Abstract: In the past, the work roll diameter was determined with minimum allowable rolling thickness. With the development of process lubrication technology, minimum allowable rolling thickness is never the bottle neck to restrict roll diameter. The hot balance and contact stress between rolls have become the primary factors that determine work roll diameter. Now, for the calculation of work roll diameter, firstly the maximum diameter is determined with minimum strip thickness and the minimum diameter is determined with the hot balance of the roll. Based on this and the engineering experience, a diameter value is set up. And then, with this diameter value, Proof calculations on contact stress, torque, bite angle and stability of the rolls are performed. The work roll diameter can be determined only when the results of all proof calculations are acceptable.

热冲压模具冷却管道设计计算

摘要:以典型热冲压件汽车B柱为例,在对实际生产工况分析的基础上,基于传热学基本原理计算并确定热冲压模具冷却管道的工艺参数。在尽量保证冷却管道与模具型面距离一致以及各截面上冷却管道均布的前提下,采用多镶块拼接的方式分别设计出凸模、凹模的冷却管道。

Abstract: The paper takes a typical hot stamped component - B pillar of vehicles for example to calculate and determine the process parameters of the cooling pipeline of hot stamping dies on the basis of the analysis of actual production conditions and the basic principle of heat transfer. Under the precondition of keeping the distance between the cooling pipeline and die as same as possible and the distribution of the cooling pipeline on each side even, the cooing pipelines for convex and concave dies are designed in the way of multi-block jointing.

Abstract: The paper describes the basic principle of carbon dioxide removal technique with alkanolamine solution and the function of different alkanolamine solutions. The process flow, operating parameters and energy saving measures under both high and low pressure are explained herein respectively. The selection of carbon dioxide removal techniques depends on the pressure, temperature and composition of raw gas as well as the required removal value.

齿条板与半圆板焊接变形计算及控制方法

摘要:齿条板是将自升式平台固定在海床上的桩腿的重要部件之一,焊接工艺要求非常高。而现有有限元模拟计算难以满足要求。因此,能为这种超大尺寸构件的焊接工艺制定提供有针对性的建议,能够快速准确地求得热变形结果的理论计算方法便具有非常的意义。这种算法基于质量守恒定律,由焊材密度变化确定体积收缩量及应变,然后根据材料弹塑性应力应变关系得到残余应力,最终根据静力学平衡方程得到齿条板整体的收缩力和总变形量。该方法已在相关项目的研发中发挥了重要作用。

How to Calculate and Control Thermal Deformation of Toothed Racks and Semicircular Plates Caused by Welding    Guan YouliangRong QingqingTan LibinQu Lei
Abstract: The toothed rack, one of the most importance parts that fix the jack-up platform on the legs, requires very strict welding processes. But the existing finite element analysis (FEA) can not provide effective and reliable estimation. So, a theoretical calculation method that can give pertinent suggestions for the preparation of welding procedures for super-large structures and perform quick and accurate calculation to thermal deformation is very important. This calculation method is based on the conservative law of mass and uses the change in the density of welding materials to determine the volume reduction and strain, and obtains the residual stress from the elastic-plastic constitutive relationship of the welding materials, and finally determines the shrinkage force and total deformation of the toothed rack with the balanced law in static mechanics. The calculation method has played important role in the research and development of some related projects.

Abstract: A study has been performed on the austenitic stainless steel single clad layer of 2 1/4Cr-1Mo and 2 1/4Cr-1Mo-1/4V steel reactor with respect to the hydrogen-resistant disbonding property under four hydrogen-induced disbonding test conditions and has provided the reference for the design, safety running and operational condition of the single-layer clad-welding for hydrogenation reactors.

摘要:以某核反应堆压力容器制造厂水压试验承载要求为基础,借鉴国内反应堆压力容器水压试验的螺栓预紧经验,采用ABAQUS有限元分析App模拟该反应堆压力容器的三级预紧过程,分析螺栓预紧后的法兰变形及螺栓载荷变化情况,优化螺栓预紧控制程序。

Abstract: 3-stage pretensioning process of a reactor pressure vessel has been simulated with finite element analysis software APAQUS in consideration of the hydrostatic test requirement of a reactor pressure vessel builder and the experience in the pretensioning of RPV studs in China. The deformation of the flanges and the load change of the stud has been analysed to optimize the stud pretensioning.

气提法海水脱氧工艺模拟

摘要:海水作为海上油气田注水的主要水源,在注入地层前必须脱氧,以避免腐蚀管道和设备。采用气提法进行海水脱氧具有占地面积小,脱氧效果好,操作弹性大,运行成本低等优点,更适合应用于海上平台环境。在先容气提法海水脱氧工艺基本原理之外,利用HysysApp对脱氧工况进行模拟分析,详细分析了海水流量、温度、压力以及气提气流量对脱氧效果的影响,得出合理的工艺操作范围。

Simulation to Seawater Deoxidation Process with Gas Stripping               Wang GangjunZhang BoBai Hao
Abstract: Seawater as a main source of the water injection for offshore oil and gas fields has to be deoxidated before being injected into the stratum in order to avoid the corrosion of the pipelines and equipment. Seawater deoxidation with gas stripping technique features small occupation area, high deoxidation efficiency, flexible operation and low operation cost, which is suitable for offshore platform application. The paper introduces the basic working principle of seawater deoxidation with gas stripping technique and how to use the software Hysys to simulate the deoxidation conditions to analyse the effect of seawater mass flow, temperature, pressure and stripping gas mass flow in seawater deoxidation. A reasonable working range is obtained from the analysis.
