100 MN油压机锻件尺寸影响因素分析

摘要:依托100 MN油压机项目,对自由锻造液压机工作中影响锻件尺寸精度的各种因素进行分析和量化,依据量化结果得出机架在工作时的变形量是影响的锻件尺寸精度最主要因素的结论。在“整机架”基础上推导了整机的刚度方程,并利用ANSYSApp平台对整个机架进行有限元模拟,证明整机刚度方程的准确性。通过整机机架刚度方程的耦合归纳,为锻件尺寸补偿系统建立起数学模型,同时为后续锻件尺寸的精确控制奠定了理论基础。

Analysis on Factors Affecting Forging Dimensions from 100 MN Oil Press  Yin Wenqi,Song Qingyu,Hao Tiewen
Abstract: For a 100 MN oil press project, various factors that affect the dimensional accuracy of forgings made with open-die hydraulic press have been analyzed and quantified. It was concluded the distortion of press frames during forging operation is a primary factor that affects the dimension of forgings. Stiffness equations for "complete frame" have been derived and proved by finite-element analysis to the complete frames with ANSYS software. The mathematical model of forging dimension compensation was built on the basis of the coupling of the stiffness equations, and paved theoretical principle for future accurate control to forging dimensions.

重型轴类锻件径向锻造工艺研究

摘要:根据当前重型轴类锻件在自由锻造中存在锻造精度低,锻造表面质量差,加工余量大,锻造火次多等问题,以支承辊锻件的拔长工序为例设计径向锻造工艺替代自由锻造,以减少拔长工序的锻造火次。再通过数值模拟验证径向锻造工艺应用的可行性,并确定了60 MN液压机配合使用径向锻造工具的锻造力和锻造直径等主要技术参数,为径向锻造工具的设计提供工艺数据。

Research on Radial Forging Technique for Heavy Shaft Forgings  Yin Wenqi,Du Jianwei
Abstract: Because heavy shaft forgings made with current open-die forging technique have low forging precision, poor surface quality, large machining allowance, multiple heating times and so on, the paper takes the drawing-out step of backup roll forgings for example to establish a radial forging technique to replace the open-die forging technique in order to decrease the heating times during the drawing-out step. Numerical simulations were performed to verify the feasibility of the radial forging technique. The main technical data of the radial forging tools for 60 MN hydraulic press have been determined, such as forging force and forging diameter, which are used for the design of radial forging tools.

十八辊冷轧机工作辊侧支承装置受力分析

摘要:通过对十八辊冷轧机工作辊侧支承装置、工作辊的受力分析,求出侧支承装置受力与轧机主要工作参数之间的函数关系,计算结果能较好地反映设备实际受力情况,可作为十八辊轧机侧支承装置初步设计的依据。

Force Analysis of WR Side Support Device in 18-H Cold Rolling Mills  Li Lin
Abstract: The functional relationship between the forces acting on the side support device and the main technical parameters is set up based on the force analysis on the WR side support device and the work rolls, and can be used as the basis for the design of the WR side support for 18-H cold rolling mills because the calculation result agrees well with the actual force condition of the equipment.

B柱热成形数值模拟分析

摘要:先容热冲压成形技术的基本原理,以某款汽车B柱为例对热冲压成形过程进行有限元模拟分析,得到B柱的厚度、温度、抗拉强度及硬度的分布图。模拟结果表明:热成形后,B柱的厚度、温度场分布均匀,抗拉强度达到了1300MPa以上,硬度达到了450HV以上,完全满足热成形工艺要求。该模拟结果,可以作为热冲压模具冷却系统的设计依据,并且可以作为热成形工艺参数进一步优化的基础。

Numerical Simulation to B-pillar Hot Stamping Process  Li Busheng,Zhan Peipei,Li Jian,Song Qingyu
Abstract: The paper presents the fundamental principles of hot forming process and takes the B-pillar of an type of automobiles for example to introduce the finite-element analysis on the hot stamp forming process and obtain the distributions of the thickness, temperature, tensile strength and hardness of the B-pillar. The simulation results show the thickness and temperature field of the hot-stamped B-pillar distribute evenly, tensile strength exceeds 1300MPa, hardness is above 450HV, which satisfy the requirement of hot stamp forming process. The simulation results provide a basis for the design of the cooling system of hot stamping dies and lay a foundation for the further optimization of hot forming parameters.

轧辊轴承座拆装机的优化设计

摘要:详细先容某1780mm热连轧生产线轧辊轴承座拆装机的优化设计思想。通过理论计算及有限元分析,对关键部件进行优化计算与安全校核。经过优化设计的轧辊轴承座拆装机能够完成多种类型轧辊轴承座的拆装要求,不仅占地小、操作简便、成本低,而且因增加了封闭盖板使安全性得到提高。

Optimized Design of Roll Chock Disassembling Machine  Zhang Liang
Abstract: The paper describes the optimized design of the roll chock disassembling machine of a 1780 mm hot strip mill. Theoretical calculation and finite-element analysis have been carried out to optimize of the key components and verify the safety. The optimized roll chock disassembling machine can disassemble and assemble different types of roll chocks and is featured by small space, easy operation and low cost. Furthermore, the closed cover plate contributes to safety improvement.

摘要:管板作为管壳式换热器中最重要的部件,其结构的优劣直接影响着换热器的可靠性、经济性和实用性。通过分析三种特殊的管板的结构特点,分析说明在设计管板时除了保证强度因素外,还应该充分考虑腐蚀、制造、检修、试验等其他因素的影响,以便制定出最合理的设计方案。

Study on Three Types of Special Tube-sheet Structure  Yu Shenglin,Zhu Jingyao
Abstract: A tube sheet is the most critical component in plate-shell type heat exchangers. So, its structure has direct effect on the reliability, economical efficiency and practicability of heat exchangers. The result of the analysis on three types of special tube-sheet structure reveals the design of tube-sheets not only ensures strength but also shall take the effect of other factors, such as corrosion, construction, maintenance and test into consideration so that the most suitable tube-sheet structure design can be produced.

土压平衡盾构机盾壳荷载的计算分析

摘要:以天津某标段的地质资料为依据,首先,根据盾壳的受力情况,对4.14m土压平衡盾构机盾壳所受荷载进行分析计算;然后,建立起盾壳的三维简化模型,在此基础上对盾壳进行受力分析,得到相应工况下盾壳的应力及变形情况,为土压平衡盾构机盾壳的设计提供参考。

Load Calculation & Analysis on Shell of Earth Pressure Balance Shield Machines  Huang Zhiying,Rong Qingqing
Abstract: Based on the geological data of a project in Tianjin, the loads on the shell of 4.14 m Earth Pressure Balance Shield Machine (EPBM) were calculated and analyzed with the forces acting on the shield shell. A 3-D simplified model has been established for the force analysis of shield shells and gives the stress and deformation condition of shield shells under different service conditions, which are referenced for the design of EPBM shells.

摘要:利用MSC.Patran,结合NastranApp对自升式海洋平台升降样机底座及其组件进行极限承载力分析。得到结论是:在试验工况下,柱塞缸径向变形较小;采用箱型结构底座的变形符合要求;结合有限元静载分析,得到底座的许用应力,为底座设计中板厚、材料的选择提供依据。

Strength Analysis to Base of Jack-up Drilling Platforms  Yan Chongchao,Liu Fang
Abstract: Ultimate strength analysis was performed to the base and its components of a jack-up drilling platform with software MSC.Pantran and Nastran and revealed that under test condition, the plunger cylinder has small radial deformation and the deformation of the box-shaped base is in the acceptable limit. In conjunction with finite-element static load analysis, the permissible stress of the base is obtained and can be referenced for the selection of the thickness and material of the base.  Key words: jack-up drilling platform;base;MCS.Patran;finite-element analysis

高强钢热冲压板坯“饼铛”式加热方法

摘要:针对传统热冲压生产线所用加热炉具加热时间长,能耗大的缺点,提出了“饼铛”式加热方法,并通过有限元模拟技术对不同换热系数条件下板坯的加热过程,以及5次循环加热过程中加热板和板坯的温度变化进行仿真分析,证明此种加热方法完全能够满足高强钢热冲压生产线对板坯加热速度的要求。

Contact Heating Technique for Hot Stamped High-Strength Steel Slabs  Zhan Peipei,Song Xiaokang,Wang Yun
Abstract: The proposed contact heating technique can overcome the disadvantages of heating furnaces in traditional hot stamping production lines, such as long heating period and high energy consumption. The heating process with different heat transfer coefficients and the temperature change of the heating plates and heated slabs during 5 times of cyclic heating period were simulated and analyzed with finite-element simulating program to prove that the contact heating technique can meet the requirement of high-strength steel hot stamping production in terms of the heating rate of slabs.

感应加热对不锈钢复合板碳钢层的影响

摘要:采用离线的感应加热式热处理方法,对复合板的不锈钢侧进行固溶热处理,然后,对基层碳钢的热影响区进行分析。结果表明,随着热输入量的增加,基层碳钢热影响区宽度也在增加;热影响区由表面淬火区和两相区组成,组织类型由M+B逐渐向F+M+B+P转变。从剪切试验结果可知,在试验感应参数条件下,经过感应热处理的复合板仍能保持良好的剪切性能,说明对不锈钢复合板进行感应加热热处理是可行的。

Effect of Induction Heating on Carbon Steel Layer in Stainless Steel Clad Plates  Zhang Liujun,He Yi,Liu Huiyun,Zhang Xinjin,Liu Baolong
Abstract: A clad plate was solution-treated by the means of off-line induction heating. After that, the heat affected zone on the carbon steel substrate was tested. The test result shows the heat affected zone becomes wider with the increase of heat input and the microstructure of the heat affected zone that is composed of surface quenching area and intercritical area transforms gradually from type M+B to type F+M+B+P. The shear test result reveals under the test condition, the induction-heated clad plate maintains good shear properties. All of the tests prove that induction heating to stainless steel clad plates is feasible.

两相区淬火对核电Mn-Mo-Ni钢微观组织的影响

摘要:通过对一种核电用Mn-Mo-Ni钢进行预淬火+两相区淬火+高温回火处理试验,研究两相区淬火工艺对核电用Mn-Mo-Ni钢微观组织及位错密度的影响。结果表明:经过两相区淬火得到典型贝氏体+铁素体双相组织,同时晶粒更加细化,碳化物分布更加弥散均匀,透射观察与X射线检测均表明通过两相区淬火可以降低该Mn-Mo-Ni钢中的位错密度,有利于提高核电用Mn-Mo-Ni钢的抗辐照脆化性能。

Effect of Intercritical Heat Treatment on Microstructure of Mn-Mo-Ni Steel for Nuclear Power Application  Feng Weiwei,Zhao Deli,Li Jiaju
Abstract: The effect of intercritical quenching process on the microstructure and dislocation density of Mn-Mo-Ni Steel for nuclear power application was studied by testing a piece of Mn-Mo-Ni steel plate subject to pre-quenching +intercritical quenching+ tempering treatments. The test result shows that the bainite and ferrite are formed during intercritical quenching treatment and the grain becomes finer, and carbides disperse more uniformly. TEM and XRD results indicate that intercritical heat treatment can decrease the dislocation density of the steel, and thus increase the irradiation embrittlement-resistance of the steel.

摘要:针对径向锻造使圆坯锻件的端部受到拉缩而产生的内凹现象,利用有限元分析App,对圆坯径向锻造的成形过程进行数值模拟,对引起端面内凹现象的主要因素进行定量分析,以便改进成形锻造的工艺条件,提高金属利用率及锻件心部的锻造质量。

Influence of Technological Conditions of Radial Forging on Round Billet Ends  Yu Haibo,Li Nanshuai
Abstract: The end of round billets concaves because it is shrunk by radial forging operation. The forming process of a round billet by radial forging was simulated numerically with finite-element analysis software to analyze quantitatively the main factors that cause the end concave in order to improve the technological conditions, metal availability and core quality of forgings.

C-Mn类大型锻件试块缺陷的检测分析

摘要:针对我www.4001.com生产的某一C-Mn类大型锻件产品经锻造及正、回火处理之后切取试块时发现的1处记录性缺陷,采用低倍酸洗、宏观断口体视镜观察及扫面电镜能谱分析等手段,并结合对冶炼过程中精炼包耐火砖使用状况的综合分析,最终确定钢水浇注时,精炼包包壁上耐火砖剥落,导致MnS、TiN等杂质化合物富集并偏析,是引起试块探伤缺陷的主要原因。

Examination and Analysis of Defects in Test Samples from C-Mn Large Forgings  Li Yue,Shi Yijun,Yang Jianchun
Abstract: An unacceptable defect was found out in the test sample cut from a C-Mn large product forging that was subject to forging operation, normalizing and tempering heat treatments. In order to find out the cause, the test sample was tested by the means of low-acid pickling, microphotography stereo microscope, scanning electron microscope (SEM) and energy disperse spectroscopy (EDS). In addition, the condition of the firebricks in the refining ladle during steel melting was examined. It was concluded the peeling-off of the fire-bricks on the ladle wall caused the enrichment and segregation of MnS, TiN and other compounds to form the defect.

法向直廓环面蜗杆加工工艺改进

摘要:针对在加工环面蜗杆的齿面时,刀具消耗大,产品质量不稳定的问题,分析齿面粗加工、精加工的每一步骤的操作过程,以原有工艺为基础,通过修改机床的挂轮,将指型铣刀刀架转至蜗杆出口位置,同时使机床蜗轮改为逆向转动,即将蜗杆的出口变成入口,由顺铣加工变成逆铣加工,避免指型铣刀的损坏;采用翻面车刀,同时使机床逆向运转,使原为“欠量”加工改变为“顶量”加工,在提高蜗杆表面质量的基础上,降低了刀具的消耗。

Improved Technique to Machine Normal Hindley Worms  Liu Peng,Liu Yang
Abstract: Machining the tool flank of Hindley worms encounters often large cutter consumption, inconsistent quality and other problems. For this reason, the each step of the rough and finish machining to the tool flank was analyzed. On the basis of the original machining technology, the change spur gear of the milling machine is modified and the milling cutter frame is changed to the exit position of the worm, and the worm wheel of the milling machine turns in reverse, i.e. the machining is carried out from the exit of the worm instead of the entry of the worm, and up milling is performed instead of down milling, which can protect the milling cutter from being damaged. The finish machining of the tooth flank is preformed with flip-sided turning cutter and the lathe turns in reverse. This allows the tooth flank to be machined in the way of “up dimension” instead of “under dimension”. By doing so, the surface quality of the worm is improved and the consumption of cutters is decreased.
