50 MN机械液压混合内高压成形机主机结构研究

摘要:针对内高压成形工艺特点,将多连杆机构与传统液压机相结合开发出新型机械液压混合式压机。采用多连杆机构不仅可以放大主滑块的空行程速度,并且能够在下死点附近放大工作载荷。相对于传统结构的液压成形设备,此种传动型式整体结构简单,制造成本低。

Configuration of 50 MN Hyromechanical Process for Hydroforming Process  Yin Wenqi,Sang Boguang,Song Qingyu,Sha Xinyong
Abstract: A new type hydromechanical press that works with the combination of multiple-link mechanisms and conventional hydraulic presses has been developed to implement hydroforming process. The new press increases not only no-load speed of the slide but also service load near the lower dead center and enjoys simple configuration and low manufacture cost.

汽车前梁内高压成形工艺模拟及优化

摘要:基于采用静力隐式算法的有限元分析App对典型空心构件——汽车前梁的内高压成形工艺进行数值模拟研究,以前梁零件为例,先容内高压成形工艺开发的整个流程,通过自进给模拟首先对内压加载路径进行优化分析,然后研究轴向进给对零件壁厚分布的影响,最后通过对轴向进给加载路径进行优化得到前梁零件的成形工艺参数。

Simulation and Optimization of Hydroforming Process for Automobile Front Transoms  Sang Boguang,Yin Wenqi,Song Qingyu
Abstract: Numerical analysis was performed on a typical hollow component— automobile front transom—to analyze hydroforming process with FEM that applies static implicit algorithm. The paper takes automobile front transoms for example to describe how the hydroforming process has been developed. First, internal pressure loading path was analyzed by simulating the feeding-in and then the influence of the axial feeding on distribution of component wall thickness was analyzed. After that, the internal pressure loading path of axial feeding was optimized to obtain the forming process parameters of automobile front transoms.

卧式容器鞍座压应力的影响因素分析

摘要:为了深入了解卧式容器中由于温度变化引起圆筒体伸缩时支座腹板与筋板组合截面上的压应力的特征,对NB/T 47042—2014标准中的应力计算公式进行分析讨论。根据力学相关理论,在鞍座截面其他尺寸确定时,将鞍座抗弯截面系数对压应力的影响转化为筋板宽度对压应力的影响。通过个案分析推导出鞍座高度、筋板宽度与截面压应力之间的定量关系式,反映了鞍座截面压应力既随着鞍座高度增加而非线性地增大,也随着筋板宽度的增加而非线性地减小。通过对不等高双鞍座中滑动鞍座压应力的分析,发现把其底板平面设计成与设备的轴线相平行时,其受力状况更加合理。最后对4种特殊结构鞍座的压应力计算方法提出意见。

Influencing Factors on Compression Stress on Horizontal Vessel Saddles  Chen Sunyi
Abstract: A stress calculation formula given in NB/T 47042-2014 was discussed in order to analyze the compression stress on the mating face between the web plate and rib plate of saddles when the shell expands or shrinks in axial direction with the change of temperature. The pertinent mechanics theory states the influence of the bending modulus of saddles on the compression stress can be transformed to the influence of the rib width on the compression stress when the other dimensions of saddles have been set up. The derived quantitive relationship of saddle height and rib width with the compression stresses reveals the compression stress not only increases non-linearly with the increasing of saddle height but also decreases non-linearly with the increasing of rib width. The analysis on the compression stress on the moving saddle of unequal-height double-saddles finds out the loading is more reasonable when the bottom plate of saddles is parallel to the axial line of vessels. At last, the paper discusses how to calculate the compression stress on four saddles in special structures.

摘要:海底生产系统包括井口头、采油树、防喷器、海底管汇、跨接管、脐带缆等,具有技术可靠性强、造价高、利润空间大等特点,是当前开发深海油气田的关键技术之一。我国海底生产系统一直依靠进口,因此亟需大力发展,争取从水下设备的设计和制造技术为突破口,逐步掌握深海油气田整体规划设计和开发技术。

Abstract: Subsea production systems consist of a subsea wellhead, Christmas tree, blowout preventer, manifold, well jumper and umbilical, and offer high reliability, cost and profitability, and is one of the key technologies for the development of deep sea oil and gas fields. The subsea production systems of China have been imported abroad. Therefore, it is desiderated to develop the design and manufacture technologies of the subsea equipment in China firstly and master gradually the plan, design and development technologies of complete subsea production systems.

海底井口系统密封总成弹塑性分析

摘要:采用InventorApp建立海底井口系统密封总成的三维模型,将模型导入到Abaqus有限元计算App中,对密封总成下放过程进行计算,分析其在工作过程中的弹塑性性能,最终得到密封总成在下放过程中受力及变形情况,为实际工作提供参考。

Abstract: The 3-D model of the annular seal assembly of subsea wellhead systems that was built with Inventor is used by the finite-element analysis software Abaqus to analyze the elasticity and plasticity of the annular seal assembly when it is being pressed in the wellhead and obtain the force and deformation conditions.

风力发电机叶片在结冰工况下覆冰质量计算

摘要:阐述风力发电机叶片上的覆冰质量对风机运行状态的影响,根据叶片覆冰模型,确定仿真过程中改变覆冰质量的方法;仿真分析叶片覆冰质量的变化对机舱左右摆动加速度的影响;运用自谱分析方法,根据限定的自谱密度值,采用先插值再精确计算的方法得出不同工况下的最大覆冰密度允许值,为下一步计算两叶片结冰工况对风机运行所造成的疲劳损伤提供依据。

Calculation of Ice Mass on Wind Turbine Blades under Icing Service Condition  Wang Zhengwei
Abstract: The ice mass on wind turbine blades has negative influence on the operation of wind turbines. The blade icing model was used to determine the way to change ice mass during the simulation. The simulation analyzed the influence of the change of blade ice mass on the swing acceleration of the nacelle. The maximum permissible ice density under different service conditions has been calculated with the limited density determined in the self-power spectrum analysis and can be used for further calculation of the fatigue damage to wind turbines cased by icing on two blades.

摘要:通过对土压平衡式盾构机刀盘分析校核过程中重要环节的总结,对具有普遍性意义的难点做出详细归纳。具体内容包括网格划分密度和计算时间的两难选择问题,加载过程中最大限度地满足实际工况的必要性等等。所提出的在模型加载过程中反转主动力和被动力的方法对许多有限元分析问题都有参考价值。

Abstract: The paper details the technical characteristics of rough rolling process of large-bar semi-continuous rolling mills in respective to the selection of pass shapes and blanks, determination of rolling schedule and turnover schedule, and main process parameter calculation models and methods. The comparison between the calculated results and actual values shows the calculation method proposed herein is suitable for the design & manufacture of large bar sem-continuous rolling mills.

铡刀剪剪切过程的分析及数值模拟

摘要:先容铡刀剪的一种典型结构,分析铡刀剪剪切过程中钢板剪切区的变化情况,用富姆公式计算厚度为6 mm的钢板所需的剪切力。根据剪切过程的实际情况,用ANSYS/LS-Dyna建立剪切过程的有限元模型,通过模拟分析得到剪切6.0 mm厚钢板的最佳剪刃间隙为0.4 mm,剪切力为112.8 kN。

FEM Analysis & Numerical Simulation to Cutting of Frame Shear    Cui Gengxin,Si Weihua
Abstract: The paper analyzes the change of the cut zone on steel plates during the cutting operation of frame shears, a type of typical shears. The cutting force needed to cut steel plate 6mm thick is calculated with Foum formula. The FEA model that is established with ANSYS/LS-Dyna based on the actual cutting process works out the optimal knife gap is 0.4 mm and maximum cutting force is 112.8 kN for cutting steel plate 0.6 mm thick.

板坯连铸机三分段辊设计计算模型

摘要:以板坯连铸机扇形段芯轴式三分段辊为对象,研究任意分段比例三分段辊的强度与刚度问题。推导出各轴承处的支反力表达式,建立起辊子内部弯曲应力及挠度计算的数学模型;同时,运用数值方法对该数学模型求解,并采用Visual Basic开发出应用程序,更加直观准确地反映沿辊身的应力分布和弯曲变形,使不同分段比例导向辊的受力特征一目了然。该计算模型不仅为辊身直径的确定,轴承型号的选择等辊子设计工作提供可靠依据,而且对于板坯连铸机辊列的优化设计以及抑制铸坯鼓肚变形都具有重要意义。

Mathematical Model for Design Calculation of Triple Roller of Slab Casters  Li Longhua,Wang Chao
Abstract: The paper analyzes the strength and rigidity of slab casters’ triple rollers that are split into three sections in different proportions, and derives the expression of reaction forces on bearings, and establishes the mathematical model to calculate the bending stress and deflection on the rollers. The mathematical model that calculates with numerical method and the application program that is developed with Visual Basic works together to show the stress distribution and bending deformation along the roller barrel more intuitively and precisely, allowing for knowing the forces acting on the rollers that are split into three sections in different proportions easily. The mathematical model not only provide reliable basis for the determination of roller barrel diameters and the selection of bearing types but also plays an important role in the design optimization of slab caster rollers and the reduction of bulging deformation of slabs.

二十辊轧机径向辊形调整外偏心环的磨削加工

摘要:详细先容一种二十辊轧机压下及径向辊形调整机构的工作原理,以及该机构中关键部件-凸度调整装置的作用。设计出凸度调整装置中的关键零件-外偏心环的精磨用辅具,先容辅具的工作原理和优点。分析外偏心环的加工难点。通过实际生产证明这种辅具可以有效保证外偏心环的制造精度在0.005 mm以内,同时可以实现外偏心环的批量生产,提高加工效率,降低制造成本。

Grinding Tool for Outer Eccentric Ring for Radial Roll Crown Adjustment of 20-H Rolling Mills  Li Hongjun,Meng Cui
Abstract: The paper explains how the screw-down and radial roll crown adjustment system works in a 20-H rolling mill and the function of the outer eccentric ring - a critical part of the roll crown adjustment. The paper also describes the working concept and advantages of a special tool that has been designed for the fine grinding of the outer eccentric ring, which can overcome the difficulty in the grinding. The practice proves that with this tool, the dimension precision of the outer eccentric ring can be maintained within 0.005 mm, and the outer eccentric ring can be made in batch, which  increases the working efficiency and decreases the cost .
